Holidays Around The World is a special event held during the holiday season that transforms World Showcase at Epcot theme park into a celebration of diverse international holiday traditions with festive decorations and live entertainment.
Explore each national pavilion and celebrate the holiday season through diverse customs, legends, lore and characters from around the world.
Delight in wondrous holiday tales and local customs while surrounded by a heavenly mosaic of twinkling lights. The magic starts when you enter World Showcase Plaza and walk through the dazzling Lights of Winter-a canopy of multi-colored lights synchronized to a joyous holiday score.
Sample delicious regional holiday delights and explore a unique collection of merchandise for the perfect holiday gift. Visit Santa’s Village in the America Adventure Pavilion or stop by the France Pavilion for a delicious gourmet treat.
You may even catch a glass blower in the Germany Pavilion putting the finishing touches on a unique seasonal ornament.

* Candlelight Processional - a retelling of the Christmas story with a celebrity narrator and a 50-piece orchestra
* IllumiNations: Holiday Edition - A spectacular light and sound fireworks show
* Holiday Storytellers - legendary holiday folklore from around the world told by the legends themselves
* Candlelight Dinner Packages - special packages that include dinner and reserved seating for the Candlelight Processional, additional cost applies

The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is an autumn special event that transforms Epcot theme park into a food and wine lover’s paradise with specialty food items, culinary events, sophisticated parties and live musical entertainment.
Epcot theme park always features a remarkable collection of international dining opportunities and tempting spirits, but during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival there is even more to sample, sip and love.
Try delicious cuisine from around the world at special food booths set up along World Showcase Promenade. Explore specialty marketplaces featuring regional foods, wines and beers.
Learn from renowned chefs and winemakers at special programs and demonstrations, and sample the finest cuisine from around the globe at spectacular culinary events.
Plus, there is more to do than just enjoying great food and beverage. Enjoy the Eat to the Beat concert series every night during the Festival and unwind with a stellar lineup of celebrated musical acts. Three shows nightly at 5:15 pm, 6:30pm, and 7:45 pm.

When you arrive at Epcot theme park, visit the Festival Welcome Center to plan your day.
You’ll also find the Festival Wine Shop and the Wonders Bar-where you can purchase champagne and wine or attend official book signings with celebrity chefs and authors.
The Stockpot shop offers marvelous merchandise, including the collectable marketplace cookbook.
Epcot theme park admission is required. Some Epcot International Food & Wine Festival events require ticket fees in addition to admission to Epcot theme park.

Sounds Like Summer Concert Series

Sounds Like Summer is an annual live concert series at Epcot theme park that brings together a talented collection of tribute bands to authentically recreate the classic hits of legendary musical icons. In 2009, the event will be held between June 15 and August 9.
Follow the blissful sounds of long, carefree sunny days to the lagoonside America Gardens Theatre-adjacent to the American Adventure Pavilion. Listen to the tunes that inspired everyone’s favorite youthful memories as you celebrate the spirit of summer vacation, day trips to the beach, backyard cookouts and relaxing in a snug hammock under a shady tree!

The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, presented by Disneynature, is a spring special event filled with a colorful array of flowers, gardens, topiaries, live music and educational events.
Events start… March 18, 2009 - May 31, 2009
You don’t have to be a gardening expert to love this event. It’s perfect for Guests of all ages who enjoy the beauty of mother nature! See millions of blooming flowers and a vibrant collection of Disney-themed topiaries, and get up close with hundreds of colorful butterflies inside Minnie’s Magnificent Butterfly Garden. On the weekends, meet with top horticulturists at one of the many Garden Town Programs and learn helpful gardening tips, and be sure to attend public demonstrations of advanced gardening techniques from around the world.
On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during the festival, finish off the day with a melodious evening at the America Gardens Theatre adjacent to the American Adventure Pavilion and enjoy music from the 1960s and 1970s during the Flower Power Concert Series.
Plus, you can bring some of the magic back home with you-you’ll find plenty of gardening tools and products to help you grow and maintain the perfect garden.Festival Highlights
